Listing a Company
The WSE allows businesses in Real life, the Internet & Virtual Worlds to participate in the WSE Role-playing game by holding an IPO and becoming a listed company in the game. A Company on the WSE (Company, Business, WSE Listed Company) is a group account solely for use on the WSE and managed by a Participant playing the role of CEO in the WSE role-playing game. A company on the WSE is not a real or legally registered entity or business. The Participant may participate in the WSE service on behalf of a real and legally registered entity or business provided the Participant has sought and received written, signed consent from the business proprietor or director's along with additional approvals for items such as IP rights.
Listing your business with the World Stock Exchange "WSE" will provide many benefits. The WSE allows your business to build brand awareness through our large user base and exposure to the internet community along with the investment and venture capital communities, fellow entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals worldwide. Have your business plan reviewed and rated by the market using our 5 star rating system. Raise capital and pay dividends by participating in the game using the World Dollars. The WSE provides students, professionals, enthusiasts, traders and investors with an opportunity to learn, have fun and trade securities in a simulated gaming and trading environment
When you apply, you will need to provide the World Stock Exchange with information about your business, tell us who your company directors are, and create a prospectus. All directors must setup a WSE account before the application can be submitted. Once your application has been submitted it will be displayed in the New Offers section for all WSE users to review. Users can also apply a market rating to your prospectus. This rating is from 1 to 5 stars and will assist the WSE in determining the investor interest in your application.
If your application is approved for listing, it will proceed to the IPO stage immediately and once all shares are sold the business will become a WSE Listed Company. You will be responsible for promoting the IPO through informative announcements that may include an embeded video message and by informing all your friends. Once the IPO is complete, the World Dollars raised through the IPO will be placed in your WSE account, and your WSE Listed Company will be moved onto our official list for quotation and trade execution.
