Greetings Investors! It is with great pleasure that I am offering shares of the AMA Productions Company. Based on the GRAND Hotel and Casino's along the "strip" in Las Vegas, NV, AMA Casino and Nightclub is here to offer its patrons and investors in Second Life a once in a second-lifetime experience. Real life has most of us so tied up in the day to day routine that we get too busy to enjoy ourselves - and as the number of residents has increased from less than one million in August of 2006 to over four million in seven months, the demand for personal enjoyment continues to grow in Second Life. My vision is all about our guests enjoying themselves. AMA is here for them! The enjoyment of our guests and clients as well as the strong team of leaders we have put in place to operate toward our goal. One of the most anticipated events on the horizon at AMA is our $1,000,000 Holdem' Poker Tournament. Our foresight during the building process encouraged us to anticipate larger events and plan for future expositions and "Wares" Shows as well as allocate adequate space for large meetings of major corporations coming in-world as well as "special" events i.e. weddings and other significant celebrations. We at AMA are proud to be the front runner in the future of Second Life gaming and large venue events. We are entering into the Real Life corporate world with one of the biggest companies in the world already sealed and almost signed.

Business Overview

AMA Production is not just a club it is a community, the building itself has a 20,000 m2 foot print and rises 8 floors high making it one of the biggest buildings within Second Life. Within this huge complex we have 1st floor of casino slot games, an escort reservation area, a theatre, 2nd floor is for poker, 3rd floor is a lap dance and is our busiest floor to date, 4th floor we have conference rooms, 5th floor is a night club with state of the art DJ Equipment within it, 6th floor we have private escort rooms, 7th and 8th floor our conference rooms which will be rented out for private functions.

Business Strategy

We are growing all the time and now have 1150+ members in our group and adding daily at a growth of 50+ residents. Adverts are in all major media within Second Life. These include SL News (large banner on top line) which has cost 55,000L$ making AMA the top sponsor of the largest newspaper and also in both play toy and Dice magazines as well as events posted on SL Exchange and soon to be in

Business Strengths

AMA Production is a new enterprise within Second Life but we are becoming a major player in our field. Our staff our a huge asset to us and referrals are going to help us grow even faster. Our sim name Casino World is the only sim with this name and hence we get a lot of business from the Map search. However AMA is not going to stop at one sim we are going to buy more sims to break up sell and lease to further our portfolio. Many people want to buy land without zoning rules. This land will be offered much cheaper than land on Mainland or Dreamland. So the potential is endless. The sim leasing is part two of the project and is under way now.

Market Overview

The nightclub / casino business is the largest and most profitable quantity in Second Life and our aim is to be the biggest and best here. In our future plans we will be able to target every resident with payment on file listed. We will use the club to sell on other residents products as well as our successful club it makes for exciting times within AMA.

Use of Capital

The capital we raise by the shares offering will mainly be used to buy more sims hire scripters so we can sell our own line of products and buildings to sell with the parcels from the new sims we invest in. To pay salaries as we need to up wages to keep the best managers to work for us. Until we become profitable again then we will start over and buy more sims and the cycle will begin once more.

Risk Factors

There are no risks with AMA. Residents will always want sex, gaming and nightlife as many want to live out fantasies that are to intimidating and daunting to do in real life so the are experimented with in Second Life.


Anthonymark Alcott is our CEO. He is successful in his real life trade as a mortgage broker and can adapt these skills in second life. He has expertly put his hand picked team together over the last few months. AMA uses and ethical code of conduct and respects all members and rival businesses alike. AMA also incorporates its very own live resident DJ a live singer plus we have over 60 dancers, 30 escorts several events managers and security guards which all fit under this hierarchy.
