General Details

A prospectus is an offer document that institutions and businesses use to describe the securities they are offering to participants and buyers in an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The prospectus contains information about the business including its mission, strategy, products and services, financial statements and biographies of the officers and directors. In some situations a private company not using a stock market will create a document known as an Information Memorandum or Business Plan. Both documents set out to provide detailed information about the company, its mission, strategy, operations, financial information and investment risks.

Chairman's Letter

Dear Shareholder,

World Stock Exchange Traders Fund (WTF) is a specially designed fund that holds shares in the World Stock Exchange (WSE) on behalf of all WSE account holders who have lost their previously held securities in delisted companies up to the 1st December 2007.

Management alone did not make the WSE what it is today and it is through the participation of our users that the WSE has become what it is today and what it will become in the future.

All securities previously held by WSE users in delisted companies due to a breach of the WSE terms of service, fraud or bankruptcy have been converted into shares in the World Stock Exchange Traders Fund (WTF).
